It is that time of the year to plan for a refresher training for the upcoming year. Talk with your CSM to facilitate a specialized training for you and your team. Training can be focused on practical application of the Talent Science tool – consistent usage, incorporating interview questions, and/or interpreting reports. Prior to holding a training think through:
- What is your desired knowledge or skill needed?
- When does it need to happen?
- Who will be attending the training?
- How does it need to be presented, live, in person or recorded?
- How many sessions do you need?
Start of the 2024 year right with some customized trainings, work with your Talent Science team to get some trainings scheduled.
