May we please get your endorsement on Enhancement Number 105373.
This enhancement will create an option/filter/toggle that allows managers to quickly see employee course completion sorted by "company mandatory" versus manager assigned or even employee assigned.
Right now the various screens and data metrics Infor provides doesn't filter between company assigned mandatory courses and other courses that company deem mandatory. This is makes it very difficult to understand how an employee is doing on these company assigned courses, as well as holding a team member accountable for themselves and a manager accountable for the team.
With this enhancement we hope to have Infor create toggles that quickly allow a manager to filter between different levels of assigned courses. The logic seems simple on the surface, improved data metrics that quickly generate more useful completion rates for a given team.
With your help, we hope to get this on Infor's radar in 2024!
