We are in the process of deploying Manager Self Service in countries outside of the US and have a requirement to hide subordinate pay information from leaders in some of those countries. We already have a custom DirectSupervisor security role, so are planning to create an alternate of this role for these locations.
In doing this work, we would love to understand if there is a way to alter the role that doesn't require us to go in to every leader-facing pay field everywhere (there are a lot) and block them individually? Is there more of a "master" on/off switch for pay visibility? Hoping to learn from others that may have had a similar issue. We have removed the 5 Compensation-related security classes and that addressed some of the issues, but not the pay rate directly. Appreciate your feedback!
