Our payroll team would like to process a small payroll for a 2023 pay date but we keep getting an error on the PR160 stating 'no payments found to process'. Does anyone know a way to get this done outside of doing 80+ adjustments?
I will also add that the employees have already received the pay in 2023; we're just trying to get the payments in Lawson with a 2023 date so they show up on their 2023 W2
You cant do them as payments, you have to do them as adjustments, but you can use the PR582 program to load them using a file and the program PR582

Make sure both your PR36 time record dates and your PR140 payment date is 2023.
Yeah, we used 2023 dates on PR36, PR140 & PR160
Then there is something wrong with your PR160 parameters. Make sure the process level and bank code are correct for the payments you want to process.
