Masking SSN Field in HR Talent

Can i get endorsement for ER105861 around having a field delivered for social security that shows XXX_XX_NNNN. There is a random number fields but have found it is confusing to our employees. Support does not know how to do this with configuration(if anyone knows how to do this, please share) and placed a ticket to get one delivered as the competition(Workday and SAP) has it delivered.

we created a derived field where it only shows the last 4 of the ssn. we then used that field in different areas or forms as needed to display that information without having to show the full ssn. it's also utilized in our ION flow from GHR to our Active Directory system. let me know if this is something that might help resolve the issue you have and i can go into more detail.

We ended up taking the delivered example and made a few changes and here is the LPL that we created. We also added this to the form and created an alert that when you mouse over it shows the complete SSN.
