This request is to include parent organization unit changes to the employee history reporting.
Currently, the employee history functionality only captures when the organization unit for an employee changes. However, it's important to also know if that organization's parent unit changes. Example - John Doe is in the "Billing" department of the "Customer Service" division. Effective 1/1/24, the "Billing" department moves to the "Finance" division. This should refelct in employee history.
