  • Well Wiarton Willie (gotta shout out to Canada because EVERYBODY knows Punxsutawney Phil thanks to Bill Murray) and his peers picked an early spring this 2024 so I'm happy!   This is a great point Ashley: we all have our go-to/standard questions we feel we must ask.... but Talent Science guides us to a more individualistic experience with the candidate sitting in front of us.  And if the goal is to figure out if there is a fit for us to work together - both from the employer AND the employee standpoint - it just makes sense to break out of that Groundhog Day pattern and pull in new, specific-to-them sources of intel!
