My client wants to allow employees to change their HSA contribution amounts throughout the year, not just during open enrollment. What is the best way to handle this? Thank you in advance.
We created a life event entitled HSA Contribution Change which our benefits staff enter for the employee once they submit a form to us.
We created a Life Event that the employee completes and submits. A member of the benefits team reviews and finalizes the Life Event. We have some employees that are changing their HSA contribution almost every pay period.
