HR07 - Supervisor Codes

We are using Supervisors Codes and need a way to determine who the historical supervisor was. For example:

1/1/2013 - 12/31/2013 - John Smith Reports to Supervisor Code 1234 which was held by Jane Smith

1/1/2014 - Supervisor Code 1234 is updates with the new supervisor Mickey Mouse.

I don't see any record that Jane Smith was the Supervisor for 2013

How do you handle this?

On HR10, if you have Supervisor Employee (Topic SU), set to log to History, you can run HR207 with Report Option 2 to see the changes made to this field.

We did that...and it shows the supervisor in the history, but not the employees that was in that Supervisor Position at that time

Have you tried HR93.4 Supervisor Audit Inquiry? Also, you may be able to write an HR Writer report and then run it with HR170 for a specific date to get historical data in the report. I haven't tried that for this specific case, but that works for reporting on historical employee data.
