How to reference CSI UET's in Factory Track

Hi,

I am trying to reference UET's created in CSI from Factory Track but they are not coming through.

I've noticed Factory Track prefixes tables with SL, so items in CSI = slitems in FT. How is the data synced? Is it possible to reference Syteline CSI UET's from Factory Track?

Depending on what you want to do, it may be feasible or not. Certain IDOs from CSI are linked to FT via the Web Service Connector in FT. If you have created an IDO extension that includes you UETs and that original IDO Is linked to FT, then you need to add the IDO extension in the Web Service Connector.

Be aware that the communication through the Web Service Connector is one way only: from CSI to FT.
