Hello,

I have gone through the documentation but it seems to leave out the last part of the story.

I have a two part question I hope you can answer please.

1) What fields in the Items form trigger the ItemMaster BOD to fire?

2) If I have a customized field in the Items form and I want a change in that field to also trigger the ItemMaster BOD, how would I go about doing that?

Hello,

You have to check on EventAnalytics the rules that applies for this BOD. You can create new rules that will create the same BOD or modify the existing rules (except for Cloud Edition).
