Web Enrollment New Hires Timing Considerations
Hi - we are implementing Core Benefits Administration this fall and wanted to get some insight from other organizations re: the timing of processing new hire enrollments for our election plans. Web Benefit enrollment have 30 days to enroll in election plans benefits, effective the 1st of the following month of new hire.
Our setup is for enrollments to be pending. New hires have 30 days to enroll in benefits with an effective date the 1st of the following month.
-- Do others run daily and does this have an impact with making election changes during the 30 day window?
-- BN100 for add, change, stop for default benefit plans will be run daily.
