We may not be the norm on this, but our Compensation Dept uses another Performance Appraisal system and it allows Managers to have .25 increments (1/4 point variations) when rating an employee on their job responsibilities. We are trying to do a 'lift and shift' and use Infor for Performance Management. We are using a 5 Point Rating scale overall. Has anyone had any experience with this?
