We are implementing Performance Reviews and have a mix of focal point and anniversary date reviews. For the focal point, we're all set (knock on wood).
For the Anniversary Dates, we could use a hand. When we go to run the job to create the appraisal forms, the last field is Due Date. This is a 'specific' calendar date. We will be creating the appraisal forms a month in advance. Employee have varying due dates, but this field is not flexible - you have to select one date. How do you work with this? Have you done any configurations to get around this 'inflexibility'? We are thinking about choosing the middle of the month, knowing some would be due before/after, so it's not perfect, but this is what we've come up with. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.
