Time record date vs Pay Period End Date when adjusting time off in arrears.
Legacy Contributor
We pay salaried staff current and adjust time off 1 week in arrears.
For example our next pay period end date will be 10/4. The time we will review in order to account for sick/vacation/personal time will be 9/14 - 9/27
The problem is the time record is loaded via PR530 from Kronos and has the 9/27 date. We really need 10/4 to be on the pay advice.
Does anyone else pay current and adjust time off retroactively? What date do you put on the pay advice?

We are implementing LP and we also pay current and are working on developing a process for adjusting time. Are you adjusting with PR82?

We actually use a process in Kronos of taking "snap shots" then doing a compare against last pay periods timesheet and loading adjustments. It is pretty much done via Kronos not Infor.
