Any ways to enter an Order and allocate a specific Lot?

Good Evening, 

I need some help architecting something...

Generally speaking my question is…

"During Order Entry can I dictate what Lot I want the Customer to have?"

Some of our "customers" (mostly other affiliated companies of ours) have the ability to see our Lot Level information (like expiration date).

Ultimately they want to specifically enter an Order for Item Number x, Lot Number y.

Is there a way I can drive an Order into the system (API or otherwise) and not only indicate the Order Item and Quantity, but the Lot that it should come from?

Hello Steve,

 You can use API OIS100 Add order line and update Lot no "BANO" field to link order line with a particular Lot of item
