If you pay an entire non-discretionary bonus in 1 pay period but it has a 4-year claw back, it has to count towards their regular rate of pay calculation for the allocation period. How are you all doing that? Is there a way to bring in an amount as non-wages that counts towards the PR132 calculation?
Example: Longevity bonus given for $10,000 with 4 years of service commitment. This is 104 pay periods so equals $96/pay period that must count towards their regular rate of pay calculations.
Does Lawson do this? If not, how are you doing this? Thanks!!
