Editing a Stored Procedure on a Replication Document

Hello,

We are a cloud customer.

We are working on a new website where we are using Infor Rhythm. 

I need to make some small changes to LoadProcessSalesOrderSp which is a Stored Procedure. 

I did an extgen, on LoadProcessSalesOrderSp, extendied the IDO ESBSalesOrderViews and made a copy of the SalesOrder Replication Document.

When I go to our test web site and place an order, a CSI order is not generated and I find the following error message in the Acknowledgement BOD

 Method ue_JMW_ESBSalesOrderViews.extgen_LoadProcessSalesOrderSp is a custom load method and may not be invoked directly.

Please see below for how I setup the ido method. Please let me know what I did wrong.

First thing that jumped out at me was that the Custom Load Method Output Properties grid was empty.

However when I compare the setup of your EXTGEN with the standard Stored Procedure, the standard SP is configured as 'Extension Class - Standard Method' whereas the EXTGEN is 'Stored Procedure - Custom Load Method'.  So, I guess the most likely answer is redefine the Extgen as a Standard Method.

The danger here is that the wheels of the Code Out project are turning.  At the moment, the Extension Class is probably just a shell which calls the standard SQL code which in turn calls your EXTGEN without you defining it at a distinct method.  At some point though, the existing SQL code will be replaced by a proper C# method which, as I understand it, for a short while will continue to look for EXTGEN code.  At the end of that period, the original SP and likely the EXTGEN variant will be removed from the database.
