Buyer Message Forwarding

Buyers want to be able to send cost messages to contracts or to finance when needed (and have the message clear from their queue while others have a look). Buyers would like to use Infor to work price discrepancies between departments, instead of manual email of screenshots.

A PO Cost Message and Recon Messages through the match process can be forwarded to any user or a group set up as an authority code.

Thank you Patti. We did try to use authority codes with Support and were not able to see the message reassign, it remained on the original buyers queue with the auth code on it. The person who the auth code belong to it wasn't evident they would be alerted or what action was needed from them.

The original buyer message is in a closed status and the authority code email should have received an email notification that the message was assigned to them.

Thank you Patti - I posted this information in my support ticket, which is still researching with Infor. Perhaps this additional info will show us some set up we are lacking in order for this to work for us.
