What are other companies using for reporting? We have over 16,000 employees and are having a hard time getting reports out of HCM.
Hi Jodie - I'm with St. Luke's Health System, a similar size organization in healthcare using GHR. I'd be happy to connect you with our HR reporting lead if you want to post your email.
Thank you. jodie.case@leehealth.org
I would be very interested in this as well. We are in the process of moving to GHR from S3 and have not been able to get many of our current reports created in the GHR. In S3 we do a lot of our reporting using Microsoft Access, which is no longer a possibility. We also need to pull a lot of historical data which is also something we have not been able to do in GHR.
At St. Luke's Health System we use MyReports in GHR, which are either built by HRIS or IHT. We also work with our D&A team to build reports and audits in PowerBI. To pull historical data we use the EmployeeTransactionHistory and the EmployeeFieldHistory business classes. We do not currently utilize Birst.
Hi Rebecca... can I ask if you are multi-tenant in the cloud? That is what we are going to and our understanding was we couldn't use PowerBI like we do in S3 today. Would be great if we still can.
Hi Jodie - Here at Ashley Furniture we are multi-tenant in the cloud. The team has built replication sets and the files are consumed by Business Analytics for reporting using PowerBI.
I strongly second this configuration. The JDBC driver can be used to publish Data Fabric documents to aws / azure reporting services, and the Enterprise Connector can be used to created File an Database locations to onprem resources published to Data Fabric.
Hello Jodi, we are multi-tenant in the cloud and follow the same process as Gerri Cassidy.
