Thanks for sharing Ashley. I see this as a HUGE win for our customer who have a defined vision and cultural for their organizations.  This will help recruiting teams begin aligning potential candidates with not only the specific position being hired for, but also ensuring that culture is part of the hiring process.  For existing employees, this will help supervisors understand their people's orientation towards the greater organization's culture (and work to coach toward those key behaviors via Talent Playbook!).  Keep the innovations coming. This is big!
