FSM Supply management process in the operating room

We are currently on Infor CSF (FSM) MT.  Are there customers that are currently using or implemented supply management in their operating rooms and/or procedural rooms?  We are looking to leverage FSM to its full potential that works best for us but like to hear/talk to others on their experience/feedback.  We use Epic as our emr and send FSM's inventory location item list via clinical bridge to Epic.   We like Epic to send depletion back to FSM.  Can some please talk about their workflow between Infor and their EMR hopefully Epic in details when it comes to the operating room.  Are you doing par counting, using clinical bridge, perpetual inventory, POU, what do you do with just in time items?

As a partner, I've seen clients implement Clinical Bridge with Epic to send usage back to FSM for both depletion (Inventory Location) and replenishment (requisitions), as well as in combination.  Usually, the depletion is used for preference card items that are issued from an inventory location, while the requisitions are built for items sourced from the vendor.  I've also implemented POU for procedural areas.  The Department Inventory functionality allows users to create virtual PAR locations that carry stock on hand, and the depletion messages consumed by that application would decrement the "stock on hand", while replenishment, in the form of pick tickets and/or Purchase Orders created by requisitions, would increment stock.  Infor recommends that POU, and specifically Department Inventory, be used for high dollar items for those Perioperative and Peri-procedural areas, so there would still be some amalgamation of replenishment processes (PAR counting for low dollar items, maybe a depletion that goes to an Inventory location), so it depends on what your organization is trying to accomplish.
