We are excited to announce that we have updated the name of our Best Practice Profiles (BPPs) to Standard Performance Profiles (SPPs); the name change is intended to reflect 1) that these profiles represent an average profile for positions of the same type, but also 2) that they are built using the same patented process as our Custom Profiles using performance data from job incumbents. Not only have we updated the name, but we also updated the SPPs themselves using more recent data and the newest assessment platform (i.e., GMA, computer adaptive testing)! Our library of SPPs now contains 880 profiles!
Remember, with Talent Science, you get the best of both worlds: our research has shown that our SPPs show results on par with typical behavioral talent assessments; however, our Custom Profiles show results that are 4x better!
Be sure to chat with your Talent Science team about: 1) the best time to transition from your current BPPs to the new SPPs, and 2) whether an SPP or Custom Profile is best for your next profile build!
