MSP testing

We are preparing to perform parallel testing for an MSP upgrade.  We have a couple new CTP's that also need to be installed at some point.  My question...would you test the MSP first and then go back and install the additional new CTP's and re-test to isloate any issues to the newest CTP's?

We always load both so that we are testing the latest updates. We find that the first question support is going to ask is what version are you running and if you can show you are at the latest level they are more apt to agree there is an issue rather than ask you to update your version before they will address your issue.
