Where is the User and the Security Roles stored in the Data Lake?
Audit and Monitoring Setting have Publish Auditing and Monitoring data to Data Lake checked.
This question isn't Birst Platform related. The InforOS/Data Fabric community https://community.infor.com/infor-ion/ is probably a better option for a wider exposure of expertise.

I'm not familiar with publishing that data, but my guess would be those IFS events are associated with the AM_AuditEvent and AM_MonitoringEvent Object Schemas in the ION Data Catalog. If you don't see any data in those associated tables in the Data Lake, you might need to provision an ION Connection Point to ingest the published BODs into the Data Lake.
I may be very wrong, but I seem to recall that many months ago I have read somewhere that the Audit data go to the Archive in Data Lake. Try to do a SELECT (Include archived records). I'd be quite interested on this topic, although I didn't try it yet and won't in the next future.
