Is anyone using turnover metrics directly ot of LTM?

We have a few reports going against the TURNOVERDATA business class, but what has worked well for us was to post Resource, WorkAssignment, Position, Job, etc to a Datamart and link everything while parsing CLOB and Audit Logs to readable format, then report against the Datamart and display results in Crystal Report and Qlikview Apps for managers.
