Is anyone using GHR User Provisioning? If so, are you doing with Positions and Jobcodes or just by Positions?
This is for assigning security roles to specific employees. Within a certain position/jobcode.
We are using GHR User Provisioning and we base it off the position, not the job.
We use the User Provisioning for our positions in Human Resources and a handful of positions in Finance.

Are you having any issues with transfer employees? Also, does you companies changes positions/jobcode frequently?
The groups that use this feature do not have many positions and do not have transfer very frequently. The only issue we have had is a situation where our HR team activated an old position that we did not include in the initial user provisioning build. When they transferred one of their employees into that position, the roles assigned to the previous position were removed. Not an issue with how this is functioning, just wanted to call this out for process design. You will need to keep in mind any new positions that are created and if they should have roles assigned as this both provision and deprovision.
