990 Reporting-Payroll Reports

I'm interested in knowing what others use for 990 reporting. Have you created or personalized a report which you are willing to share? In S3, we used PR260, so I am looking for an equivalent where all the needed information is in one report rather than multiple reports.

Infor created a custom report called Build Payroll Register File V2 and it is setup like the PR260.

How do I access it? We are new to Cloudsuite.

Click on Reports, Click on Payments, then click the three dots in the right hand corner

I would suggest reaching out to your Customer Success Executive to inquire about getting this installed. Our former consultant must have been working on an implementation with a company that received this report and let Infor know we would likely be interested in it too. We did get this report installed but were instructed that we had to reach out to specific individuals at Infor if we had issues or questions, and that we would not be able to open a case with support for assistance.

Hi,

So we have been on Cloudsuite and Payroll since the beginning of this year. In regards to this report, I will point out that data replication needs to be run immediately after processing of payroll unless you wait overnight. This is our experience. It apparently reaches out to the data warehouse to grab the info to create this report. If you wait overnight before running, the data replication occurs, otherwise, someone in IT needs to perform data replication (again, our experience). We have recently noticed some issues in our situation where triggering of data replication during the day has allowed for some 'missing' information. We are working on why this may be the case.

Good to know. We were hoping to run this ad hoc, similar to how/when we ran PR260. We have several requests for PR260 data, based on various parameters (ie-employee group, department, legal entity, etc). I was hoping this custom report would suffice. Its not something we would run every payroll cycle. In what manner do you use the report?
