Good day,
We have noticed that our users are not able to edit custom fields and remove existing information to make the field blank. Noticed on user fields under Manage Assets. Is it a designed feature of Infor? Custom fields are not setup as required. Assets may be created with these fields left blank. However, if existing asset already has information in those fields and the information needs to be removed, the original value keeps returning when the record is saved.
Please advise.
