BSI 10 - Dropdown list of values

We are trying to set up Payment Overrides in BSI 10.0.d and wondering how to see the dropdown of all the values for the Authority, Tax Type & Plan/Earnings fields. Does anyone know how to do this? If I start typing Federal in the Authority it pulls up the appropriate Authority but we are wanting to see the full list of codes for all these fields.

Enter a b and the values should begin to appear for authority. Enter a 0 for tax type, etc.

When I enter just the first letter b it only shows a list of about 10 values. I did find a query report that I can download to show all the values. Just can't pull them up like a normal dropdown on the Payment Override screen. The workaround will work...just doesn't seem like one should have to run a query to get the valid values.

I was most concerned with the list of Plan/Earnings values on the Payment Override screen. If you go to User Data Queries and select "All BSI Plans", it will provide a list of all the Plan/Earnings codes in pdf or downloadable to csv. You can also select the Tax Authority & Tax Type queries for a complete list of those codes as well.

I am not getting anything to come up for a "drop down" in the Plan/Earnings box even after pulling the ALL BSI PLANS list - any hints/tips here. We are trying to setup our 401k Catchup overrides so the previous version code was BSIP001-401K

yes, but the drop-down will still not come up. I'll have to check with BSI support to see why that is not coming up. Am I the only one who thinks this is crazy that we have to basically guess what we should be putting in these boxes in order for the listing to show? Perhaps I'm missing something here.

I agree.

I let them know and they sent me a paper to enter an enhancement request. I would recommend others do the same so they know it is important.
