Hi All!
Not sure how widely Case Management is being used, but we recently found an issue with the email templates that are used in that module. While able to translate the template itself, there is no way to have the system identify the language to send the email in (called "Preferred Email Language" in other email template setup other places in HR Talent)
We are asking that they add this feature to Case Management, as without it, there's no way to send an email in a language other than English. For those that care about case management or translations or just the system working consistently, would sure appreciate your thumbs up on this enhancement request:
