Exit Opera - Unknown Member OBASEJ/OCONNECT

A couple of separate Opera 3 SQL SE customers have the same issue when exiting Opera that they get the message, "Unknown Member OBASEJ/OCONNECT"

This happens for two particular users at each site and not 100% of the time. 

I was aware of the similar program error for a VFP customer which related to having 'show accelerator key toolbar' selected and they would exit out of certain forms using escape, escape, escape etc. and then close Opera to generate the error. 

Both users do escape out of forms before exiting but neither have the accelerator keys. 

Has anyone else seen this issue in Opera 3 SQL SE  and can they shed any light on this?

I can recreate this in vanilla Opera SE 2.96 as follows.

Log into Opera SE as MANAGER.

Open the Purchase Order Processing form.

Press escape to close the Purchase Order Processing form.

Close Opera with the [x] button at the top right.

It will throw a an error 'Unknown member OBASEOBJ' followed by 'Unknown member OCONNECT'

Doesn't matter if you are using the ribbon bar or the side menu. Also doesn't matter about accelerator toolbar.

Can you see if you can reproduce and if you can log a case please.
