When a dependent ages out of coverage, the system is appropriately automatically ending that dependent's enrollment. However, if that was the only dependent that an employee had enrolled on that plan, the system is not realizing that the employee now needs a coverage option change (from Employee + Children to Employee Only, for example), and is not automatically ending the employee's enrollment in that Employee + Children coverage option. Is there a way to make the system realize this? How are some of you handling this scenario?
