Problem statement:: Users are unable to add/Edit "Add on charges" to a Purchase Order which has its Purchase Order Receipt Released and Invoice In Unreleased status. Users cannot add/Edit "Add on charges" to a Purchase Order that has Its Purchase Order Receipt Released and Invoice In Unreleased status. While creating and Receiving the PO , Users don't know the Add on charge Information while Invoicing they know the Freight or Add-on charge Information when they are trying to update this Information on the PO.
Expected result:: Our client needs this functionality to Edit/Add/delete the AOC on PO even after the PO Receipt is released and it has an invoice. To Synchronize Invoice AOC with its PO.
