Unable to retrieve ionapi properties - New External Workflow Wizard

When trying to use the New External Workflow Wizard, I get this error message. I have tried in multiple Syteline multi-tenant cloud sites and get the same results. I have had a case opened with Infor support on this for a few weeks but they have not been able to provide a way to resolve this. Has anyone else gotten this and know how to fix it?

To get that Wizard working, I've always had to do some setup as described in the attached. The document is from a KB article and was written by Support, so I'd have hoped that they'd have pointed you at this already - but attaching just in case.

Ah OK. Reimport the IONAPI file to reset the URLs. Document just shows the URLs from the Support demo system so won't match yours. If all else fails, delete the ION API Server record and start that part again.

Other undocumented tips:

When you start the Wizard, the first page asks you to select the type of workflow/alert you want to trigger. At the bottom of the screen there's a checkbox marked Use SSO. For Pulse Alerts this must be ticked. For either of the Workflow options it must be UNticked.
If you're aiming for an Approval Workflow, the wizard will produce 2 Event Handlers; an IdoOnItemUpdate to fire the workflow and a BodOnReceive to handle the response. Ensure BodOnReceive event handler has the Applies to Objects field set to Acknowledge.Workflow. This field is left blank since 202301 release.

This was not provided by support. I think I followed your instructions but I am now getting this error. Did I misunderstand what I was supposed to put in ION API Servers? I imported the file but then changed the URLs to match what was in the documentation (see below).
