Employee Absence Plan Transaction View

We have been live on CloudSuit for just over 50 days.

Our employees have presented a concern that they cannot see transactions for their PTO time. When they view their absence plans they can see their current balance but, unlike S3-v10, they cannot see their accrual and usage transaction history.

Has anyone been able to find a setup that allows this or have any of you created a solution for this? I’ve created a report and considered releasing to employee view but thought I would ask here for any other solutions.

We configured the EmployeeAbsencePlan.XiEmployeeAbsencePlanDashboard list to show the transactions in the detail list. We had to modify that list as well to get rid of the running total since we didn't convert transaction history and that messed people up.

Thank you Robert, I tried adding this to the dashboard screen you mentioned above and it gives me a red underline and doesn't like it. Any ideas if you don't mind please? I have been working on this for weeks.

can you share the whole LPL for the list? This is an out of the box relationship and list so it shouldn't have any problems with it.

It may be a bit large and jumbled but here it is.

I have quite a bit commented out because we do not use any kind of request, buy, or sell features yet, just a balance of ETO. The goal is to show their accruals for each pay check. So the balance detail area just shows their flat ETO balance. Hope this helps.
