Financial Reporting (BI-FSM) - Trial Balance Report
Hello!
Our company uses the trial balance report in Financial Reporting (BI-FSM) quite extensively.
because we are a financial consolidation company, our accountants and analyst wanted to view the account balances across the 12-month period.
The original trial balance report is broken down by months which our end users like.
They typically export the report from the web and format it further in excel to provide more meaningful reports.
The new out of the box trial balance report is not laid out this way. It is also rigid where you can't even select what to display in your rows or columns.
How do we solve this dilemma? is this a case for an enhancement request?
or is there a better report out there that we are not using?
there's a pivot analysis report in FSM also not sure how to best utilize it.
