GHR Regulatory Reports - EEO 1

Hello,

We are preparing to submit the EEO1 report for 2023. Last year, the EEOC made a late change to the file format and the file did not match the new standards. Has anyone successfully uploaded the electronic file to the EEOC portal this year?

Stephanie are you using multi tenant GHR to generate the report?

I wanted to share that we successfully uploaded the EEO1 file on the EEOC portal. I was able to export the txt file to a csv format. In that format, we were able to review and edit the file to match the EEOC spec. Infor has acknowledged that they are still working on formatting the UEI column so we manually added the data to the csv file. All other data matched the EEOC spec. The Diversity Team was able to upload the csv to the site successfully! We have 222 locations that would have had to be entered manually which would have been quite time consuming adding risk of possible data entry errors.

We ended up having to modify our file as well.
