Penn State Health is in the process of preparing to complete the EEO1 report utilizing the Infor tools. We are seeking some guidance on how others define the company structure for Infor Regulatory Reporting in GHR.
During the upgrade to the cloud, the team defined multiple EEO1 company’s by our HR legal entities and the list of establishments under each company is defined by Legal Entity and Location. We defined every possible combination of legal entity and location under the related EEO1 Company. Each EEO1 company has one establishment that is defined as a “Headquarter” as that is required by the system.
The requested new set-up is to inactivate all EEO1 Company’s but one. That company would “Penn State Health Corporate” and there would be one headquarter and all other entity establishments are moved to that one company and identified as "Individual Establishment". It was mentioned that the structure change may be due to EEOC reporting requirement changes that were effective in 2022 and was not the requirement when we defined our EEO1 companies.
Looking for the following information regarding the EEO1 company structure for others that are using the Infor Regulatory Reporting for the EEO1 report:
- What is your structure set-up?
- Do you have one company defined as Corporate with all establishments OR multiple companies with unique establishments define by that specific entity?
- Have you attempted to load the Infor Generated file to the EEOC site? Last year, the EEOC changed the file format and most people had to manually enter the data even if the company loaded the file electronically in previous year.
- If uploading the file to the EEOC portal, is it necessary to edit the Infor generated file before uploading to the EEOC portal?
I appreciate any information provided.
Thank you!
