Candidate Navigation Issue: Career SEO Page to Application

I am looking for recommendations on how to aid candidates in navigating between our SEO Careers page directly signing in and subsequently completing an application for the position they originally selected on our SEO site. The web management vendor does receive a regular file with a link to the job posting, however, this has proven cumbersome for candidates as they then have to click "Apply" a second time, sign in and then start the application process. Any recommendations on how to provide direct navigation from third party requisition management sites/SEOs to initiating the application would be greatly appreciated!

Did you ever figure this out? It boggles my mind that this isn't an everyday scenario for most companies that GHR ought to already have an elegant way of handling.

I'm on day two of trying to figure out how to crack this nut, and while I don't have an answer yet, I already know a number of things that don't work.  :-)
