Please consider endorsing ER 99572 - Allow removal of PO line to revert to Purchase Request

Once a Purchase Request is added to a Purchase Order, the Source is no longer available even if the related PO line is cancelled or deleted. If a different Purchase Order is created, the Source must be manually added.

The Proposed Solution is to provide an option to remove the Source from the Purchase Order line and restore the respective Purchase Request so it can be found and processed in the established methods, whether via POInterface or selection in Manage Purchase Requests.

I would give this 1000 likes if I could! We were able to do this in our old system and it would be so beneficial to be able to have that option available. In our old system, we were able to remove lines from a PO and those lines would go straight back into the purchase request bucket. This allowed for us to easily and quickly fix a PO if a line was pulled over by mistake or needed to be moved to another PO.

I don't see an endorse option anymore since it is in the "to be archived state. I did add a comment, I know our purchasing team would like this! Specifically I would support an option to "Return to Manage Purchase Requests" for unreleased lines on a purchase order.

Can the originator of the ER ask for it be reopened or available for endorsements? or is the only option to enter a replacement ER?
