Change in CAS300

Hello,

I want to change a line in CAS300(Internal Account Entry.Open). However it does not let me proceed and displays either of the following popup error messages:

Is there a specific flow/or are there actions to be taken in another screen so that a change can be done?

Have you checked the status of the record(s) in table CINHEA? Depending on the status there, you can run a fix program. Check KB2058313 and KB2159575. Hope this helps.

I don't know about the first message but regarding the second message your CAS should always be in line with your GL. That is CINACC being in line with FGLEDG. So not being able to change CAS300 when the transaction is transferred to FIM/GL is important and sounds reasonable. If you MUST make a change, that would be changing directly in the database-tables with re-building balance keys afterwards. Not recommended, but possible if you know what you are doing.
