2010 Census Codes for AAP

For others who have AAPs, what field are you using (or planning to use) to store the 4 digit 2010 Census codes?

We currently store the Census codes used in AAP reporting in the EEO Sub Code field because the field was the right length (3 digits) and it is on the same tab of HR06 as the EEO Category. The 2010 codes are 4 digits so they will not fit in the EEO Sub Code field.

We are considering a job code user field but are curious to hear what others are doing.

We are using the Job Code User Fields for the new 2010 Census Codes.

We are also using the Job Code User Fields. Has anyone used an upload for HR15.3 to add the new 2010 census codes? I am struggling with the format and would appreciate any help you can provide.
