Borders / Lines not showing when printing report to Word

When printing a commercial invoice there are nice lines the PDF like this:

When printing to Word For Windows we lose these border lines:

Any ideas on how I can keep the formatting as close as possible from the PDF to Word?

It may be depending on the apps you are using to open up the report i.e. Adobe PDF or Web browser.

If you are opening using the browser, update your browser to the latest version.
