Valley has put a lot of effort customizing the oob printablehealthrecordsummary form PDF to meet the requirements of our Employee Health Team. The delivered form and lists were cluttered, and just ugly.
We remove components not used by the business and added the employee legal name vs preferred name, and added the employee's DOB. We also added the Employee Nurse's signature at the bottom as a gif. The form when printed is formatted and professional looking.
When an employee accesses their health record(s) from the Employee Self Service module, the print button is not enabled for 95% of our employees.
I am assuming that during the implementation we missed a security setup that would enable employees to print their own health records.
The component is health on the Employee BC. (Xi Health Composite Form)
The composite form is on the ResourceHealthRecord BC. (Resource Health Record Profile Composite)
The navigation from the context form is to the PrintableHealthSummaryFormPDF on the ResourceHealthComponent BC using a relation to the Employee BC.
The list view from the PDF form is on the Employee BC.
Initially we were told that this is not possible, allowing employees to print their own health record(s). With the amount of requests that come into our Employee Health team to print records it would be great to allow employees to handle this on a as needed basis.
Yes, employees can use the ellipsis and print a list view of their records, however this is not ideal nor professional looking.
If anyone is using the Occupational Health module and printing records, any insight would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
