We went live with FSM as an early adopter in 2017. We are working on creating additional summary levels to develop Structure relation rules and for reconciliation purposes. I'm able to create the summary levels and move most of the programs under the appropriate summary levels. However, some of our programs are set up as zone-balancing and do not have the "move" option. Has anyone else run into this issue? Maybe I'm trying to do this the wrong way. Any advice would be greatly welcomed. Thank you!
