Read Receipt IDM

Is there any function in M3 that allows a business user to see if their outgoing document eg PO went to a supplier? Currently I only know of finding this information via MNS270 and checking partner info but a business user does not know how to check this information is there a more friendly way or widget or something?

AFAIK the only thing you can sensibly do here is to use a from address that has a real mailbox attached. Reviewing that box can at least tell you when an email bounces. You can do a little checking in IDM in Job Management, under the gear icon, then Document Output - Job Management.

Hi Gancho - not aware if anything standard in M3 for this. An option could be to activate the ION integration for your PO document.
With an ION workflow you could populate one of the new PO user defined field with info from the job in IDM and add this field to a view in PPS200.
