Passing value between Mongoose and Javascript

Hi,

I am in MT Cloud environment. And I am testing Javascript possibilities.

On my Mongoose Form I have created UserControl component, and add Web Control URL into it. Basic Javascript stuff is working fine for me.

But is there any possibility how to pass value between Mongoose and Javascript? For example pass Mongoose component value, or variable value into Javascript.

Not sure about MT cloud, but in on-prem you can reference the UserControl.js javascript code to get interactivity with the form.

Now on this testing sample I am able to parse value between Mongoose and Javascript.

Yes I found solution.

HTML page, with Javascript must be saved thru Web User Control Assets

For example this is my function for download button for file which I am creating on my Mongoose Form.

Then this page must be connected into UserControl component on Mongoose Form.

And then the html page itself. In script I am passing two variables from Mongoose side to Javascript side (varFilename, varFileContent)
