Summer has officially started and to kick it off, we want to review all of our selection reports – the Overview, Summary, Scorecard, Narrative, and of course our Interview Questions. For a bonus we will also discuss the new All about you report!
We want to help you utilize the assessment reports to have a great interview experience with each candidate and to help you make the best hiring decisions for each position at your company.

A big reason we focus on each report is because our fit score is just the beginning in learning about your candidates. We aim to provide a holistic view of your candidates by analyzing their behavioral DNA, revealing insights that lead to smarter hiring decisions and long-term success. As a reminder, always make sure to review the candidate’s entire package – i.e. their application, resume, and/ or references and keep in mind there is no right or wrong in their responses. The focus is how they align with these behavioral characteristics that we have found to be successful in the role.
