Hi Everyone.We faced a issue with our File Channels which were disable. Does anyone could help to figure where I could check the log to see how or why and investigate why it was Inactivated?

Check the startup type to make sure it is set to automatic. If it is manual, they will stop when the monthly CU goes in and not start back up.

I agree with this. this could be possible root cause. We had similar issues with our file channels during CU release in past. Make sure to set the startup type for file channel as automatic.

Under Configure a file receiver you will find this piece:
Startup Type
Select one of these options to determine when the receiver starts up:
Automatic: The file transfer starts up automatically when the system starts.
Manual: The file receiver does not start automatically when the system starts. The administrator must start it manually.
Disable: The file receiver does not start automatically, nor can it be started manually.
